Yesterday I was up in the Ullapool area with a couple of friends to go for a cycle ride around the Coigach/Assynt area. I had hoped to get some decent photos but it turned out to be a bit wet and overcast most of the time with the hills largely remaining hidden underneath the clouds. The cycling took precedence but today I managed to pop back up to the Achiltibuie area and conditions were much better. The mix of clouds and blue skies, with some really nice sunny spells produced some excellent vistas which I hope I have managed to capture, All of these images are in B&W, reflecting my current fixation with that format but I think they have come out really well. Wester Ross is truly Wonderful!
