Today was an incredible day with the temperature reaching the mid-twenties, beautiful sunshine and a nice refreshing breeze. This evening the breeze died down and left us with a spectacularly calm sunny end to the day. I got these shots while out for a brief walk with Kirsten Dallas who is visiting for a couple of days on her way to St Kilda. Tomorrow morning brings a croft bird survey so hopefully I'll get a few decent shots in the early morning light....
I am an amateur photographer who is also a Chartered Geographer with his own part-time consultancy business and I work as an estate manager for a national conservation charity in Scotland. I am based in Lochalsh, Wester Ross, Scotland, just next to the Isle of Skye.
